Victor Ediagbonya is a Doctoral Researcher at the School of Law, University of Essex. He holds two Masters of Laws degrees, International Economic Law, Justice and Development from Birkbeck University of London and Professional Legal Practice (specialized in Fraud and Financial Crime) from BPP University London. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Birkbeck University of London. He is a Barrister [non-practising] in England and Wales. He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Victor's main research areas lie in corporate governance in banks in the Developing and Emerging Markets. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Honourable Society of Middle Temple, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Society of Legal Scholars and Socio-Legal Studies Association.
