Mr Oliveira is a graduate of Computer Science with MBA in Project Management and currently undertakes a Master's degree program in Governance and Development in the National School of Public Administration (ENAP). He is a Federal Auditor and General Coordinator of Planning, Evaluation and Monitoring of the Federal Office of Internal Control of the Federal Comptroller General's Office (CGU). Mr Oliveira is a certified specialist in Government Audit (CGAP-IIA), Risk Management (C31.000 and CRISK-ISACA) and Project Management (PMP-PMI). He is Director of Special Projects in the Federal District chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI). He moreover acts as a teacher and consultant.
