Mr. Øivind Strømme (1969)  is newly appointed International Director at the Norwegian Directorate with overall strategic responsibility for the Tax Administrations international cooperation.
Prior to his current position Mr. Strømme held the posistion of Director of Regional Management  with comprehensive responsibility for analysis and assessment, enforcement and compliance, development, communication and guidance nationwide (2008 – 2018).
 
He has a Cand. Mag. in Business Administration, Political Science and Education (1996).
