Warren has led the Digital Marketplace service since August 2016, which directly supports the UK government’s digital, data and technology reforms.
Today, more suppliers have access to the UK government’s business - over 5,000 suppliers are available through the Digital Marketplace, and over 90% are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Since January 2018, Warren has led the Global Digital Marketplace Programme - a recently published as an OPSI case study - which aims to help national and subnational governments in emerging economies make their procurement more transparent, tackling corruption and boosting their digital, data and technology sectors.
