Louisa Tomar is a Global Program Officer at CIPE, specializing in anti-corruption compliance for non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and anti-money laundering (AML/CFT). Louisa also oversees projects on governance, business advocacy, and the intersection of technology and democracy. Prior to joining CIPE, she consulted for the Inter-American Development Bank where she co-authored a policy guide on the use of big data to improve public service delivery. Louisa has a Master of Science degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and is fluent in English and Spanish.
