Amélie Banzet is in charge of coordinating Open Government for Etalab, within the Prime minister’s and is the French point of contact of the Open Government Partnership.
Etalab is part of the French Prime minister office, where it carries out radically innovative projects to improve public policy thanks to digital culture, tools and data.

Amélie Banzet has worked on Government transformation for several years, and in particular on the use of civic tech and digital resources to improve transparency and citizen participation in public action.

Amélie Banzet has graduated from Harvard University and the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et de Management, and has 12 years of experience in development projects, government transformation and international relations. She has worked for a Strategy Consulting firm, was the Director of the French Institute in Erbil (Iraq) and worked for several years in international and humanitarian organizations in Afghanistan and Lebanon.
